After the success of their first Yoga&Music event in Rani's small home yoga studio, Christian and Rani decided to bring it to a larger space. It is with great pleasure that Prana Voice Holistic Center is pleased to present this unique event where Yoga and Music merge.

Come and experience a moment of complete detachment from your routine, enter a different state of being and bring this energy of well-being into your daily life thanks to the combination of Yoga and Live Music.

 

7pm - Yin Yoga session, gentle movements and Breathwork where Rani, accompanied by Christian DeLord on the piano at 432Hz, will help you release tension from your body, calm your mind and immerse yourself in a state of total bliss.

 

8.15pm - Lie down to continue in total relaxation with piano music at 432Hz and Tibetan bowls..

9pm onwards - tea and nibble.
