CLASSES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

Class Booking Policy

Booking & Payment: All yoga class bookings must be made in advance through our online platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a full refund or class credit. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the class fee.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full class fee. Please notify us if you cannot attend.

Class Transfers: You can transfer your booking to another class within the same week, subject to availability.

Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session for safety and comfort reasons.

Health & Safety: By attending class, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions. You waive any claims against the instructor, studio, and associated parties for any injuries sustained during the class.

Class Modifications: Instructors may modify or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

COURSES AND WORKSHOPS - ENROLMENT, DEPOSIT FEE AND PAYMENT

To be able to enrol on a course, you have to book the course through our EVENTS page, paying the deposit fee indicated for the course.
You can pay the remaining amount of the course fee on the first day of the course if you pay cash, or no longer than 2 weeks before your course is due to start, otherwise you will lose your place in the course.
For particular circumstances, we can decide to split the payment in two or more rates/installments.

REFUND POLICY
We know that things can change after you’ve enrolled on a course. This policy lets you know when we can arrange a refund, what you’re entitled to, and how to make your request.
Can I get a refund for my course?
If you’d like a refund for your course or your course deposit, all you need to do, in most cases, is make the request, online, in writing or in person, at least three weeks (21 calendar days) before your course is due to start.
-Please be aware that the amount you are refunded will be less than the amount you paid. We retain 20% of the course fee in order to cover the administration costs and the loss of potential income.
-Refund may take up to three weeks.
-Refunds for cancelled courses will be done within 48 hours and at least within one week of cancelling the course.

What can I do if I am unhappy with my course?
We work hard to make sure that everyone has a great experience at Prana Voice, but we know that everyone of us is experiencing things differently. If the reason you are requesting a refund is because of a bad experience, please let us know and give us details of what went wrong, when you request your refund. We may decide to offer you a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. All feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us to make improvements.
What if I am requesting a refund due to a disability/learning difficulty?
If you are requesting a refund because you cannot attend your course due to a disability, we will give you a pro-rata refund for any sessions you haven’t attended.
What if I am requesting a refund due to an illness, medical condition or injury that will prevent me from participating in the course?
If you have an illness, medical condition or suffer an injury that means you can’t take part in your course, we may offer you a full or partial refund. We consider all requests on an individual basis, depending on the circumstances.
What if you have cancelled my course or a single session?
If we do need to cancel your course, and can’t offer a suitable alternative, we’ll refund you in full.
If we need to cancel a single session of a course, we’ll try and make up for it with a ‘catch-up’ session.
If we can’t provide a catch-up session, or if you are unable to attend the catch-up session, you’ll be entitled to a Prana Voice Voucher for the value of the session lost.
Unfortunately, sometimes we have to cancel for reasons beyond our control and in these situations we cannot accept liability or issue refunds. Examples of this might include industrial action or severe weather.
What if you have changed my course date, time, location or content after I enrolled?
If we need to change the date, time, location or content of a course, after you have enrolled, we will contact you.
If you can’t or don’t wish to attend we’ll give you a full refund.
If you have already attended some sessions, we will give you a pro-rata refund for the sessions you were unable to attend.
What if my refund request is not covered by any of the areas listed above?
If your refund request doesn’t fall within the areas listed above, it’s possible that you’re not eligible for a refund. Your request will be considered on an individual basis and, depending on the circumstances, we’ll decide whether or not we can refund your course fees, either in full or partially.

Therapy Bundles
All Therapy Bundles are valid for a period of up to 6 months (180 days) from the date that you made the purchase. They cannot be transferred to another person, but you can extend the validity period of the bundle you initially purchased by purchasing an additional bundle before the initial bundle has expired. The purchase of the Additional Bundles will result in the Validity Period being extended and calculated for the date that you purchased the Additional Bundles.
